Afsoon

Art is where I usually find my sense of security, be it making my own or wandering around museums and galleries. The isolation of Lockdown along with the fear of being sick meant I could no longer go to shows, but the confinement triggered an intense artistic energy. Restricted to my small apartment, it felt natural to pour my feelings into my diary. I spent weeks making elaborate visual diaries, which expressed my hopes, plans and, of course, my fears.
